Ime torti su nadjenuli veseli degustatori (starija populacija, što me posebno veseli).</span> <span style="font-family:georgia;">Potom sam je pravila opet i opet... po željama i zaslugama pojedinaca ;-)</span> <span style="font-family:georgia;">Torta je izrazito sočna, slatka taman koliko treba (ona zlatna sredina), i pali u svakoj prilici. Uliti vodu, promiješati i smjesu uliti u okrugli kalup promjera 26cm. Staviti peći u zagrijanu pećnicu na 170 *C. Peći 40-45 minuta.</span> <span style="font-family:georgia;">Ohladiti na rešetki, potom lagano odrezati gornji dio biskvita (onaj vrlo tanak tvrđi sloj) i baciti (ili popapati).<br />Svaki biskvit prerezati na 2 kore. Dakle, dobijemo 4 kore.<br /></span></span><br /><span style="font-size:100%;"><span style="font-family:georgia;">čokoladna krema moje bake Marije:<br />2 veća, svježa jaja</span> <span style="font-family:georgia;"><br />120 g šećera</span> <span style="font-family:georgia;"><br />1 žlica vanilin šećera</span> <span style="font-family:georgia;"><br />120 g margarina za kreme (ili maslaca)</span> <span style="font-family:georgia;"><br />75 g čokolade (min. 50% udjela kakaa)<br /></span><span style="font-family:georgia;">1 žličica kakaa<br /><br />Za čoko kremu dobro izmiksati jaja, šećer i vanilin šećer u zdjeli gdje će se kuhati krema. Dodati kockice čokolade i margarina, te kakao.<br />Kuhati na slaboj vatri, uz konstantno miješanje pjenjačom, dok se ne zgusne (20-30 minuta). Na biskvit je mazati mlaku (niti toplu, niti hladnu).</span></span><br /><span style="font-size:100%;"> <span style="font-family:georgia;"><br />rum - punč krema:<br />6 dcl mlijeka</span> <span style="font-family:georgia;"><br />2 vrećice pudinga rum-punč (Dolcela) - ili neki drugi, po vašoj želji </span> <span style="font-family:georgia;"><br />3 žlice šećera</span> <span style="font-family:georgia;"><br />2 žumanca</span> <span style="font-family:georgia;"><br />75 g bijele čokolade</span> <span style="font-family:georgia;"><br />1 vrećica šlag kreme vanilija (Dolcela) + 125 ml mlijeka - a može i 2 dcl vrhnja za šlag </span> <span style="font-family:georgia;"><br /><br />Za puding kremu zakuhati puding i šećer u mlijeku, u vruće dodati umućena žumanca i bijelu čokoladu, promiješati u kompaktnu smjesu, prebaciti u drugu posudu, staviti preko alu-foliju i ohladiti. U međuvremenu kore po želji poprskati rumom.</span> <span style="font-family:georgia;">Sada na laganoj vatri otopiti ulje, mlijeko, šećer i čokoladu. Umiješati mlijeko u prahu i orahe. Neka se malo ohladi, potom preliti preko torte. Staviti u hladnjak na nekoliko sati (najbolje preko noći).<br />E sad, dići se rano ujutro ;-) i staviti tortu na 2-3 sata u zamrzivač (izaći će van svježa i sočna), to je kao neki beauty tretman za pomlađivanje.<br /></span></span><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:100%;"><span style="font-family:georgia;">Izmiksati vrhnje u čvrst šlag, umiješati kakao. Premazati ivice torte, potom ukrasiti ružicama. Ostaviti preko noći da se ohladi, potom spremiti na tamno i hladno mjesto (smočnica, podrum, etc.).<br />Sutradan, ovaj, khmmm…:-))<br />Po želji možete dodati još neko suho voće ili pržene bademe/lješnjake. Izdubiti meso i samljeti ga.<br />to ćemo sa kokosovim orasima? Možete kao ja otići u bratovu radionu i razgledati sav taj silni alat. Odlučiti se za ponekog. Uzeti čekić i <em>šarafciger</em> i baciti se na posao :D to ćete naravno uraditi ako prije bacanja na posao niste prošvrljali netom (čitaj: coolinarikom) i vidjeli kako se zapravo kokosov orah otvara.<br />Kako tako blentavi izbušiti rupe na kokosu? Pa primiti (čitaj: ustabiliti) ga nogama (što će ići malo teže ako imate čupave papuče na zečeke, a prelijeni ste obuti npr. tenisice), staviti vrh <em>šarafcigera</em> na onu točkicu što se čini mekšom (a-ha! ipak bude nešto s mene!) i nabiti čekićom dok se ne probuši. Ju-hu! Sad već vidimo i ono bijelo mirišljavo meseko. Ponoviti to još 2 puta… iscijediti vodu. Isto tako sa preostala 2 kokosa. Sveukupno ćete dobiti kojih 100 ml te vode. Sačuvati je.<br />E sad, kako do onog najbitnijeg?! Fino nabijajte čekićom po kokosu dok ne pukne. Poželjno bi bilo malo jače. Tj. svom snagom :D Pobijedit ćete neman, bez brige. Ja imala sreće i svaki je puknuo na približno iste polovice. E-he!<br />Smijala sam se samoj sebi. Sad odvojiti meso (tanjim, oštrijim nožem) i ostrugati ono smeđe. I ostat će nam čak i ukrasne posudice… koje je mama već prisvojila, grrr.<br />U međuvremenu smo prokuhali suhe smokve i ocijedili tekućinu. Uz dodatak te tekućine (i tekućine iz kokosa) fino samljeti kokosovo meso. Samljeti i smokve.<br />Banane samljeti sa limunovim sokom (da nebi potamnjele!).<br />Samljevenu tikvu, kokos, smokve i banane prebaciti u zdjelu za kuhanje. Oduvijek patim na domaće marmelade, džemove, pekmeze, ma općenito na domaću zimnicu, jer ono što mi doma same radimo NEMOŽE se kupiti, nemože. Znam što stavim unutra, podesim svojim guštima maksimalno, a kada otvorim teglicu moj nosić zapljusnu slatkasti voćni mirisi... i znam da je sve 100% prirodno i provjereno... i tako sam razmišljala čime bih aromatizirala zimnicu a da bude što prirodnije i sjetila sam se voćnih čajeva. Odabir i mogućnosti kombinacija aroma beskonačne!! A da ne kažem i najjeftinije na kraju! Počela sam ih koristiti u voćnim i/ili puding kremama, u raznim preljevima, pa reko zašto ne i u zimnicu... i to je još jedan veliki plus - što god vi unutra stavili, jednostavno nemožete pogriješiti... zar nema slađeg poklona od teglice nečeg domaćeg, slatkog, prirodnog, obasjanog suncem... za mene nema... oduševim se takvim sitnicama i razveselim kada istim mogu razveseliti svoje najmilije... po mojem, žena se nesmije bojati 3 stvari - muškaraca, volana i kuhače!!! Zato cure, neću čuti da se netko ovo ne usudi praviti (slatku zimnicu općenito)... uzmite voće koje najviše volite, aromatizirajte ga medom, muscovado šećerom, raznim voćnim čajevima i likerima, raznim suhim i/ili koštunjavim voće, pa čak i sjemenkama! Stvarno se isplati taj mali trud, a toliko dobroga dobijete od toga :-)<br />Imajte na umu - što kraće kuhate pekmez, on zadržava više hranjivih sastojaka i vitamina. Čak je i desetak minuta sasvim dovoljno (za džemove ili jednostavno ukuhano voće) sa želinom ili džemfixom (ne se to ustručavati koristiti, to je pektin, ne želatina). Ovaj pekmez sam kuhala 1 sat, ali dovoljno je i puno kraće - ja sam htjela vidjeti kakve će biti boje i arome uz sve ovo što sam dodala unutra - limunov sok i alkohol su odlični konzervansi i pekmez možete na životu držati godinama! Naravno, ako uspije poživjeti toliko ;-) Znam iz iskustva... 3 godine pekmeza na polici, i isti slatkasti voćni miris kada se otvori... a kuhan je bio svega tridesetak minuta. Kratko prokuhati suhe smokve (vidjet ćete kada će nabubriti) i samljeti ih. Kako čistite jabuke, tako ih miješajte sa mješavinom čaja i limunova soka (da sačuvaju prirodnu boju). Samljeti ih zajedno sa narančinom koricom (u multipraktiku). Prebaciti jabuke i smokve u zdjelu za kuhanje, dodati šećer i začine i kuhati na laganoj vatri sat vremena. Ukuhati rum, par minuta kasnije i džemfix (pomiješan sa malo vrućeg pekmeza i 2 žlice šećera). Puniti u sterilizirane staklenke (oprane i zagrijane u toploj pećnici) i hermetički zatvoriti. Spremiti na hladno, mračno mjesto. Prebaciti koru u nauljeni lim za pečenje, razviti drugu i položiti je na nauljenu prvu koru. Nadjenuti, razvući treću koru, poprskati uljem, nadjenuti i tako sve do kraja. Zadnja je jedna kora. Zadnje neka budu 2-3 kore. </div><div>Premazati ih sa malo mlijeka i oštrim nožem pažljivo razrezati baklavu na kocke, potom dijagonalno na trokute (ili po želji). </div><div>Staviti peći na slabu vatru (to je jako bitno) - otprilike na 140*C. Peći do brončano smeđe boje...</div><div>U međuvremenu staviti preostalih 750 g šećera u zdjelu i naliti toliko vode da pokriva šećer 1 cm iznad površine. Dodati vaniliju i ploške limuna (odstranite koštice), kratko prokuhati. Sirup nesmije biti rijedak... </div><div>Kad je baklava pečena preliti je još vrućim sirupom i opteretiti (limom za pečenje u koji se ulije malo vode).
